1 In a frying pan put the oil and fry the okra then remove the okra.
2In a reddening fry the onions in oil until become golden color. Then add the meat and stir well in the oil and add black pepper, garlic cloves then add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, cube of chicken broth, 2 cups of water and leave it on fire until it is well cooked.
3Add the okra, lemon juice and leave it on a medium fire until the okra is well cooked.
4 In a Frying pan fry the chopped garlic with coriander in some oil and then add the okra to them.
