Strawberry & Blueberry Iced Mousse Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 500gm of reduced sugar strawberry dessert mixed with sugars and sweeteners.
  • 250gm of blueberries.
  • 1.5 L of water.

 

Getting Ready:

  • Defrost the berries.

Directions

  1. Make a mouse as per your preference.
  2. Place the defrosted blueberries into molds.
  3. Pour mousse into molds on top of the blueberries and ensure it spreads out evenly.
  4. Cover with cling film and place into freezer and allow to freeze for a minimum of 3 hrs.
  5. To serve, remove from the freezer and decant into plate. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. You can also use different fruits in this recipe such as raspberries and strawberries.
