Apricot & Sultans Pancakes Dessert
INGREDIENTS
- Sunflower light spread.
- 200gm golden syrup, 300gm oat flakes.
- 75gm of dried apricots 75gm Sultanas.
- 15 ml of sunflower oil.
Directions
- In a pan, melt the spread and syrup.
- Stir in the oats and fruits combining well.
- Lightly oil a deep baking tray or oven-proof dish.
- Transfer the mixture to the dish.
- Place in a pre-heated oven at 160 C for 20 mins.
