GREEN BEANS RECIPE

ROASTED PARMESAN GREEN BEANS

INGREDIENTS

  • 500gm cooking onions.
  • 600gm long grain rice.
  • 500gm butter nut squash.
  • 400gm butternut squash.
  • 400gm of frozen peas.
  • 500gm of courgettis.
  • 200gm tomato paste.
  • 50gm vegetables bouillon mix.
  • 2L of Water.
  • 400gm of cherry tomatoes.
  • 3 Red peppers.
  • 30ml Sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, toss to coat.
  3. Spread green beans on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
