GREEN BEANS RECIPE
ROASTED PARMESAN GREEN BEANS
INGREDIENTS
- 500gm cooking onions.
- 600gm long grain rice.
- 500gm butter nut squash.
- 400gm butternut squash.
- 400gm of frozen peas.
- 500gm of courgettis.
- 200gm tomato paste.
- 50gm vegetables bouillon mix.
- 2L of Water.
- 400gm of cherry tomatoes.
- 3 Red peppers.
- 30ml Sunflower oil.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, toss to coat.
- Spread green beans on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
