Apricot & Sultans Pancakes Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • Sunflower light spread.
  • 200gm golden syrup, 300gm oat flakes.
  • 75gm of dried apricots 75gm Sultanas.
  • 15 ml of sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. In a pan, melt the spread and syrup.
  2. Stir in the oats and fruits combining well.
  3. Lightly oil a deep baking tray or oven-proof dish.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the dish.
  5. Place in a pre-heated oven at 160 C for 20 mins.
