INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound carrots, sliced.
- 1 large onion, chopped.
- ¼ cup of water.
- ¼ cup of honey.
- 4 garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram.
- 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper.
- 1 package (16 ounces) of frozen peas.

In a -3qt. slow cooker, combine the first 9 ingredients.
Cook, covered, on low 5 hours.
Stir peas. Cook, covered, on high 25-15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
