- 10-2-ounce bags of steam frozen corn.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Juice from one lime about 2 tablespoons.
- ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt.
- 4 ounces of low-fat feta cheese.
- 1 chopped jalapeno pepper (leave the seeds in for extra spice).
- 2 tablespoons of chopped red onion.
- 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- ½ cup of fresh chopped cilantro.
- 2 tablespoons of franks red-hot sauce or your favorite wing sauce.
