- 2 cups chopped baby spinach (about 1 ounce).
- 1 cup sour cream.
- ¾ cup mayonnaise.
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese.
- 1 bunch of chopped scallions (white and light green parts only).
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives.
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 to 1 ½ teaspoons of hot sauce.
- Salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 1 cup of diced radishes.
